Sacred Field Connection was born in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, to answer the need for Christ-centered experiences that renew body, mind, and spirit. Guided by faith, the project blends spiritual mentoring, physical wellness practices, and combat training rooted in Primal Movements, offering transformative guidance for individuals and couples seeking holistic growth.

Founded by Jonah Richards, whose unwavering faith in God is the pillar of his life and work, Sacred Field Connection invites participants to discover healing, purpose, and divine alignment. Jonah brings together insights from spiritual mentoring, physiotherapy, and combat training learned in Jerusalem to create experiences that nurture the body, awaken the spirit, and empower purposeful living.
